The following introduces the Xenial Cloud reports that are available in the Payroll category.

Report

Description

Employee On The Clock

Lists employees with an "Open" punch record enabling the site manager to identify the records to close at the conclusion of business.

Employee Time Punch Sign-Off

Print employee time punch information and present the report to the employee for their acknowledgment and signature.

Labor Performance Summary

Analyzes the cost of labor in relation to current sales enabling the site manager to determine if labor usage adjustments are required.

Missed Breaks

Exceptions in regards to employee breaks associated with assigned shifts.

Payroll Hours Detail

Detailed payroll information, including regular and overtime hours, enabling a site manager to audit labor costs per employee.

Payroll Hours and Wage Detail

Detailed payroll information, including employee hours and wages, enabling a site manager to audit labor costs.

Payroll Summary

Summarized payroll information, including regular and overtime hours, enabling a site manager to audit labor costs.

Timecard Audit

Details timecard adjustments enabling the site manager to detect any issues or attempts by employees to inflate timecard records.

Tips Allocation Summary

Summary of employee tips allocation including the associated employee clock in/out times.

Employee On The Clock

The Employee On The Clock report lists employees with an "Open" punch record enabling the site manager to identify the records to close at the conclusion of business.

Parameters

Submit the following parameters to generate the report:

Sites

From the Site Selector, select the sites to include.

Column Descriptions

The following describes the columns on the report:

Employee Code

ID of the employee.

Employee Name

Name of the employee.

Job Code

Employee job name.

Clock In Time

Clock In time.

Clock Status

Currently clock status for the employee (e.g. On the Clock, Break Out).

Time on the Clock

Total time the employee has been on the clock.

Employee Time Punch Sign-Off

The Employee Time Punch Sign-Off report enables the site manager to print employee time punch information and present the report to the employee for their acknowledgment and signature.

Parameters

Submit the following parameters to generate the report:

Sites

From the Site Selector, select the sites to include.

Calendar

Select the calendar icon Calendar_Icon.png to select the period/dates to include.

Employees

From the dropdown, select the employees to include.

Job Categories

From the dropdown, select the job categories to include.

Show Min Wage Adj

Toggle ON to display records with a rate type of "Minimum Wage Adjustment".

Toggle OFF to hide records with a rate type of "Minimum Wage Adjustment" and exclude the records from summarized totals.

Column Descriptions

The following describes the columns on the report:

Job

Employee job name.

In

Clock In time.

In Type

Clock In type (e.g. Clock In, Break In).

Out

Clock Out time.

Out Type

Clock Out type (e.g. Clock Out, Break Out).

Wage

Employee compensation type.

Info

Rate type used to determine the employee wage (e.g. Regular Rate, Daily Overtime).

Reg Hrs

Quantity of Regular hours worked by the employee.

Rate

Wage for Regular hours.

Reg $

Regular hour wages earned by the employee.

OT Hours

Quantity of Overtime (OT) hours worked by the employee.

Rate

Wage for OT hours.

OT $

OT hour wages earned by the employee.

Total Hours

Quantity of total hours worked by the employee.

Total $

Total wages earned by the employee.

Labor Performance Summary

The Labor Performance Summary report analyzes the cost of labor in relation to current sales enabling the site manager to determine if labor usage adjustments are required.

Parameters

Submit the following parameters to generate the report:

Sites

From the Site Selector, select the sites to include.

Calendar

Select the calendar icon Calendar_Icon.png to select the period/dates to include.

Column Descriptions

The following describes the columns on the report:

Date

Business date.

Labor %

Percentage of sales that is equal to the total labor cost for the day.

Net Sales

Total Net sales for the day.

Reg Hrs

Total number of hours worked by employees for the day.

Reg Cost

Total labor cost for Regular Hours worked for the day.

OT Hrs

Total number of Overtime Hours worked for the day.

OT Cost

Total labor cost for Overtime Hours worked for the day.

Total Hours

Total number of hours worked for the day.

Total Wages

Total employee wages for the day.

Missed Breaks

The Missed Breaks report contains exceptions in regards to employee breaks associated with assigned shifts.

Parameters

Submit the following parameters to generate the report:

Sites

From the Site Selector, select the sites to include.

Calendar

Select the calendar icon Calendar_Icon.png to select the period/dates to include.

Column Descriptions

The following describes the columns on the report:

Employee ID

ID of the employee.

Name

Name of the employee.

Shift Clockout

Date and time when the employee clocked out

Shift Duration

Duration of the shift assigned to the employee

Short Break Duration

Duration of the break associated with the shift

Payroll Hours and Wage Detail

The Payroll Hours and Wage Detail report contains detailed payroll information, including employee hours and wages, enabling a site manager to audit labor costs.

Parameters

Submit the following parameters to generate the report:

Sites

From the Site Selector, select the sites to include.

Calendar

Select the calendar icon Calendar_Icon.png to select the period/dates to include.

Show Min Wage Adj

Toggle ON to display records with a rate type of "Minimum Wage Adjustment".

Toggle OFF to hide records with a rate type of "Minimum Wage Adjustment" and exclude the records from summarized totals.

Column Descriptions

The following describes the columns on the report:

Employee

Name of the employee.

ID

ID of the employee.

Current Status

Current employment status of the employee.

Payroll Date

Payroll date.

Job

Employee job name.

In

Clock In time.

In Type

Clock In type (e.g. Clock In, Break In).

Out

Clock Out time.

Out Type

Clock Out type (e.g. Clock Out, Break Out).

Wage

Employee compensation type.

Info

Payroll Summary

The Payroll Summary report contains summarized payroll information, including regular and overtime hours, enabling a site manager to audit labor costs.

Parameters

Submit the following parameters to generate the report:

Sites

From the Site Selector, select the sites to include.

Calendar

Select the calendar icon Calendar_Icon.png to select the period/dates to include.

Show Min Wage Adj

Toggle ON to display records with a rate type of "Minimum Wage Adjustment".

Toggle OFF to hide records with a rate type of "Minimum Wage Adjustment" and exclude the records from summarized totals.

Group By

From the dropdown, select a method for grouping the payroll information: Business Date or Payroll Period.

Column Descriptions

The following describes the columns on the report:

Site Name

Name of the site.

Minimum Wage

Specifies the minimum wage that employees earn.

Business Date

Business date.

Employee

Name of the employee.

Employee Code

ID or corporate code assigned to the employee.

Job

Employee job name.

Reg Hrs

Quantity of Regular hours worked by the employee.

Rate

Wage for Regular hours.

Reg $

Regular hour wages earned by the employee.

OT Hours

Quantity of Overtime (OT) hours worked by the employee.

Rate

Wage for OT hours.

OT $

OT hour wages earned by the employee.

Total Hours

Quantity of total hours worked by the employee.

Net Sales

Total Net Sales for the business date.

Total Tips

Total currency amount in tips earned by the employee.

Total $

Total wages earned by the employee.

Timecard Audit

The Timecard Audit report contains details about timecard adjustments enabling the site manager to detect any issues or attempts by employees to inflate timecard records.

Parameters

Submit the following parameters to generate the report:

Sites

From the Site Selector, select the sites to include.

Calendar

Select the calendar icon Calendar_Icon.png to select the period/dates to include.

Filter Option

From the dropdown, select the method for filtering the records:

  • Payroll Date - This is the date the employee worked.

  • Update Date - This is the date the timecard record was adjusted.

Column Descriptions

The following describes the columns on the report:

Date/Time

Date/time when the record was adjusted.

Changed by

Name of the employee who adjusted the record.

Affected Employee

Name of the employee assigned to the shift.

Type

Type of adjustment performed on the record (i.e. New, Adjustment, or Deleted).

Field

Type of time punch adjusted.

Old Value

The original value of the time punch record.

New Value

The adjusted value of the time punch record.

Adjustment Reason

The reason for the time punch adjustment.

Notes

Any notes related to the time punch adjustment.

Tips Allocation Summary

The Tips Allocation Summary report contains a summary of employee tips allocation including the associated employee clock in/out times.

Parameters

Submit the following parameters to generate the report:

Sites

From the Site Selector, select the sites to include.

Calendar

Select the calendar icon Calendar_Icon.png to select the period/dates to include.

Column Descriptions

The following describes the columns on the report:

Employee Name

Name of the employee.

Employee Code

ID of the employee.

Clock In

Clock In time.

Clock Out

Clock Out time.

Timesheet ID

ID of the associated timesheet.

Total Tips Allocated

Total currency amount of allocated tips for the employee.

The following describes the behavior when an order with a guest tip is refunded:

  • If the refund occurs BEFORE tips are paid to the employee, the tip amount is deducted from the employee's total tip amount.

  • If the refund occurs AFTER tips are paid to the employee, the tip amount is NOT deducted from the employee's total tip amount.
