Order States and Available Operation Buttons
For an order to be classified as active, it must meet the following criteria:
The order is in one of the following states: open, pending, saved, suspended, or committed.
The associated event, where the order is dispatched, is open and falls within the sales period.
The table below provides an overview of the operation buttons available for orders in various states. These buttons can be found in the upper-right corner of the order details page.

Note
No operations can be performed on an order that is in the closed, deleted, purged, voided, or voided-post-payment state.
