The Suites area allows venue staff to:
View, create, update, and delete suites,
Assign suite representatives.

The Accounts List allows Venue Staff to quickly:
View a list of all existing suites,
Search for, sort, and filter suites,
When filtering records, special characters such as ^$".*+?()[]{}| are accepted for searching desired filtering criteria.
Select a suite directly for additional options, such as edit or delete,
Rearrange columns by dragging and dropping a column to its required place.
The Account List displays:

To create a new suite:
From the Xenial Cloud Portal, navigate to Suite Catering.
From the Suite Catering menu on the left, select Suites.
From the upper-right of the Suites area, select New Suite.
On the Suite Information form, in the Suite Name field, type a unique suite name.
In the Suite ID field, type the suite ID.
From the Suite Class dropdown, select the suite class.
In the Suite/Table Printer Tag field, review the autofilled tag.
If necessary, select the area again to add another tag.
In the Suite Display Name field, type the display name to appear on SuiteSpot.
In the Capacity field, type the suite capacity number.
From the Suite Attendant dropdown, select the suite attendant.
From the Suite Representative dropdown, select the suite representative.
From the Advanced Day Order Online Menu and Event Day Order Online Menu dropdowns, select the advanced day online menu and event day online menu.

The priorities for applying the Advanced Day Ordering (ADO) and Event Day Order (EDO) online menus to the SuiteSpot are as follows:
Suite ADO and EDO online menus
Event ADO and EDO online menus configured in Advanced Day Ordering (ADO)
Event type ADO and EDO online menu configured in Online Menu Override
Default ADO and EDO online menus configured in Configure Menu Settings
If the first menu is not configured, the second menu will be applied, and so on in sequence.
From the upper right of the Create New Suite page, select Save.
Alternatively, select the down arrow next to Save and then select Save and Add New from the dropdown menu.

To synchronize suite updates, such as suite creation, suite deletion, changes to suite classes, and printer assignment, to the POS:
From the Xenial Cloud Portal, navigate to Suite Catering.
From the Suite Catering menu on the left, select Suites.
From the upper-right of the Suites area, select Generate Table Map.

During the Event Day Ordering (EDO) period, the Scan to Order code allows customers to easily access the EDO menu and place their orders with a simple scan.
To export the Scan to Order code:
From the Xenial Cloud Portal, navigate to Suite Catering.
From the Suite Catering menu on the left, select Suites.
From the Suite List, to the left of the suite(s), select the checkbox(es).
From the Actions dropdown, select Export Suite QR Code.
Alternatively, to the right of the search box, select Export Site Level QR Code.
The Export Site Level QR Code button and Export Suite QR Code option are not visible if the Enable SuiteSpot is turned off in the Suite Admin Settings. For details, see Configure General Settings.
From the Export QR Code popup, select the format and size for the QR code, and decide whether to include the company logo.
From the Export QR Code popup, select Confirm.
Alternatively, select Cancel.

During the Event Day Ordering (EDO) period, the Scan to Order code allows authorized users and registered guests to access the menu by scanning a QR code. Users must confirm or select their suite before proceeding with their order.
Confirming or Selecting a Suite
To confirm or select a suite after scanning a Scan to Order code:
Scan a Suite-Level QR Code:
If signed in as an authorized user or registered guest:
Select YES to confirm the suite and proceed to the menu.
Select NO, WRONG SUITE to go to the suite selection page.
If no suite is selected from the list, clicking Continue will proceed to the menu.
Scan a Site-Level QR Code:
If signed in as an authorized user or registered guest, the Continue button is disabled until a suite is selected.
Enter a Link Without Company/Suite Information
Both authorized users and registered guests must first select a company. Once a company is selected, users follow the same process as scanning a Site-Level QR Code.
Accessing the Landing Page When No Open Events Are Available
If no open events are available for EDO, users are redirected to the Event Day Ordering Unavailable page.
Authorized users: Selecting OK navigates to the calendar and ends the QR code routing process.
Registered guest users: Selecting OK navigates to the My Account page.

To edit suite information:
From the Xenial Cloud Portal, navigate to Suite Catering.
From the Suite Catering menu on the left, select Suites.
From the Suite List, to the left of the suite, select the checkbox.
From the Actions dropdown, select Edit.
Update suite information as necessary.
From the upper-right, select Save.
Alternatively, select the down arrow next to Save and then select Save and Add New or Remove from the dropdown menu.

To delete a suite:
From the Xenial Cloud Portal, navigate to Suite Catering.
From the Suite Catering menu on the left, select Suites.
From the Suite List, to the left of the suite, select the checkbox.
From the Actions dropdown, select Remove.
From the Confirm popup, select Yes.
Alternatively, select Cancel.
