Create Order for Temporary Guest Account

To create an order for a temporary guest account:
Navigate to the Suite Catering Order List area.
From the upper-right of the Order area, select New Order.
Alternatively, in the order list open an order and then from the upper-right of the order details page select Save and Add New or Save & Commit and Add New. For more information, see Order States and Available Operation Buttons.
From the Account dropdown of the Create New Order popup, select the temporary guest account.
In the First Name field, type the first name of the guest.
In the Last Name field, type the last name of the guest.
In the Email field, type the email of the guest.
In the Phone (Business), Phone (Home), Phone (Mobile) fields, type the phone number of the guest.
From the Suite Class dropdown, select the suite class.
From the Suite dropdown, select the suite.
Select Event.
From the Event Selector popup, select one event.
If Cutoff Date and Cutoff Time are not configured for an event, this event will be hidden on the Suite Catering Admin Portal.
From the lower-right of the Event Selector popup, select Confirm.
Alternatively, from the lower-left of the Event Selector popup, select Cancel.
From the lower-right of the Create New Order popup, select Confirm.
If an order has been created for the selected account, suite, and event, the Order Already Exists popup appears. In the popup, select View (for uneditable orders), Edit (for editable orders), Create New Order, or Cancel based on site conditions.
Note
This popup will not display deleted, purged, voided, and voided-post-payment orders.
Alternatively, from the lower-left of the Create New Order popup, select Cancel.
From the menu on the left, select either Advance Day OrderorEvent Day Order.
Follow the procedure to Add Items.
