Event Summary Report

The PortalChefAdmin Options

The Event Summary Report displays cooking events and/or violations that occurred during the selected time period(s).

To generate the Event Summary Report:

  1. From the Site Hierarchy dropdown, select specific sites or managers.

    For more information, see Report Site Selector.

  2. From the Date dropdown, select a date or date range. The default is Today.

    For more information, see Report Date Options.

  3. From the Report Type, select a View Type.

    For more information, see Report View Type.

  4. Select More Options for optional data parameters.

    For more information, see Report More Options.

  5. Select Run Report -OR- select the dropdown for additional output options. The default output is PDF.

Event Summary Report: Report Detail

The PortalChefAdmin Options

The Chef Event Summary Report displays the following data:

Table Header

Description

Store #

The site number for the data row.

Interval

The date for the data row.

Time Period

The time period for the data row. Adjust the time period through More Options.

Grade

The grade achieved for the data row.

Percent Score

The percent score for the data row.

Total Points Earned

The total points earned for the data row.

Total Points Possible

The total possible points to earn for the data row.

Cooked

The number of items that cooked for the data row.

Cooked On Time

The number of times that items were cooked on-time for the data row. This event only occurs when a Cook Delay or Never Cooked violation did not occur.

Emptied On Time

The number of times that the holding unit pans were emptied on-time for the data row. This event may only occur when a Discard Delay violation did not occur.

Never Cooked

The number of times that items were never cooked for the data row. If an item is not cooked within Chef's time threshold, then a Never Cooked violation occurs. The time threshold is 20 minutes -OR- twice the cook time, whichever time is greater.

Cook Delay

The number of times a Cook Delay occurred for the data row. If an item is not cooked within Chef's allotted time, then zero (0) points are awarded for the cooking event, and the possible points total increases by one (1).

Discard Delay

The number of times a Discard Delay occurred for the data row. This violation occurs when a product has exceeded its hold time in the pan, and was not discarded within one minute of the expiration.

Manual Load

The number of times the holding unit was loaded manually for the data row.
