Xenial Cloud Portal 4-Dot Menu Suite Catering Suites

The Suites area allows venue staff to:

  • View, create, update, and delete suites,

  • Assign suite representatives.

Xenial Cloud Portal 4-Dot Menu Suite Catering Suites

The Accounts List allows Venue Staff to quickly:

  • View a list of all existing suites,

  • Search for, sort, and filter suites,

    • When filtering records, special characters such as ^$".*+?()[]{}| are accepted for searching desired filtering criteria.

  • Select a suite directly for additional options, such as edit or delete,

  • Rearrange columns by dragging and dropping a column to its required place.

The Account List displays:

Description

Suite Name

Name of suite that appears on the Suite Catering Admin Portal and POS

Suite Display Name

Suite name that appears on SuiteSpot

Suite ID

ID of the suite

Suite Class

Class of the suite

Suite/Table Printer Tag

Tag(s) used for the suite

Suite Representative

The individual who oversees the order fulfillment, and assists with suite issues that may arise

Create New Suite

Xenial Cloud Portal 4-Dot Menu Suite Catering Suites

To create a new suite:

  1. From the Xenial Cloud Portal, navigate to Suite Catering.

  2. From the Suite Catering menu on the left, select Suites.

  3. From the upper-right of the Suites area, select New Suite.

  4. On the Suite Information form, in the Suite Name field, type a unique suite name.

  5. In the Suite ID field, type the suite id.

  6. From the Suite Class dropdown, select the suite class.

  7. In the Suite/Table Printer Tag field, review the autofilled tag.

    • If necessary, select the area again to add another tag.

  8. In the Suite Display Name field, type the display name to appear on SuiteSpot.

  9. In the Capacity field, type the suite capacity number.

  10. From the Suite Attendant dropdown, select the suite attendant.

  11. From the Suite Representative dropdown, select the suite representative.

  12. From the Advanced Day Order Online Menu and Event Day Order Online Menu dropdowns, select the advanced day online menu and event day online menu.

    Note

    The priorities for applying the Advanced Day Ordering (ADO) and Event Day Order (EDO) online menus to the SuiteSpot are as follows:

    1. Suite ADO and EDO online menus

    2. Event ADO and EDO online menus configured in Advanced Day Ordering (ADO)

    3. Event type ADO and EDO online menu configured in Online Menu Override

    4. Default ADO and EDO online menus configured in Configure Menu Settings

    If the first menu is not configured, the second menu will be applied, and so on in sequence.

  13. From the upper right of the Create New Suite form, select Save.

To synchronize suite updates, such as suite creation, suite deletion, changes to suite classes, and printer assignment, to the POS:

  1. From the Xenial Cloud Portal, navigate to Suite Catering.

  2. From the Suite Catering menu on the left, select Suites.

  3. From the upper-right of the Suites area, select Generate Table Map.

    • This table map can also be viewed via the Xenial Cloud PortalData ManagementOrdering SettingsSettingsTable MapsSuite Catering Floor Plan

Edit Suite Information

Xenial Cloud Portal 4-Dot Menu Suite Catering Suites

To edit suite information:

  1. From the Xenial Cloud Portal, navigate to Suite Catering.

  2. From the Suite Catering menu on the left, select Suites.

  3. From the Suite List, to the left of the suite, select the checkbox.

  4. From the Actions dropdown, select Remove.

  5. Update suite information as necessary.

  6. From the upper-right, select Save.

Delete Suite

Xenial Cloud Portal 4-Dot Menu Suite Catering Suites

To delete a suite:

  1. From the Xenial Cloud Portal, navigate to Suite Catering.

  2. From the Suite Catering menu on the left, select Suites.

  3. From the Suite List, to the left of the suite, select the checkbox.

  4. From the Actions dropdown, select Remove.
