Xenial Cloud Portal 4-Dot Menu Suite Catering Orders Order List

Only Open, Committed, Pending, and Saved orders support adding items.

To add an item to an order:

  1. Navigate to the Suite Catering Order List area.

  2. From the Order List, open the order in one of the following ways:

    • From the Order Number column, directly select the order number link, or

    • Select the checkbox to the left of the order number link and then from the Actions dropdown select Edit.

  3. From the menu on the left, select Advanced Day Order, Event Day Order, or Par Stock.

  4. Navigate to the Advanced Day Order Items, Event Day Order Items, or Par Stock Items area.

  5. From the upper-right of the Advanced Day Order Items, Event Day Order Items, or Par Stock Items area, select Add.

  6. From the item list in the Add to Order popup, select the checkbox(es) to the left of the desired item(s).

    • Use the Preference column to select preference tags, such as "dairy free". Once preference tags are set, only items that match will appear. For more information, see Product Tags.

    • Use the search bar to find items by preference tags or specific keywords.

    • If a Modify link is displayed in the Actions column of the desired item, select the link to modify the item, such as adding modifiers or adding items in bundle products. For more information, see Configure Modifier and Configure Product Bundle.

  7. From the lower-right of the Add to Order popup, select Add Item(s).

    • Alternatively, select Cancel to exit the Add to Order popup without changing the order.

    • If an item has components or modifiers, a Details hover button appears to the right of the item. If necessary, move the cursor over the button to view details about the item.

  8. From the upper-right of the Order area, select Save or Save & Commit.
