View Vouchers
From the View Vouchers page, manage guest meal vouchers.
Search Vouchers

In the Search field, type the search criteria.
From the Account Type dropdown, select the account type to locate.
From the Reason Code dropdown, select a reason code to filter the search results by their respective reason code.
From the Status dropdown, select a status to filter the search results by their respective status.
In the Start Date field, type the start date/time of the date range to search OR select the calendar and clock icons to select a date/time.
In the Expiration Date field, type the end date/time of the date range to search OR select the calendar and clock icons to select a date/time.
From the lower-left, select Search.
Add Voucher

To add a voucher:
From the lower-left of the View Vouchers page, select Add Voucher.
Below the account list in the lower-left, select the desired options:
Email On Creation - Email the voucher to the selected accounts upon voucher creation.
Email Me - Email the voucher to your email account upon voucher creation.
From the lower-left, select Create Vouchers.
Define the Voucher Details
In the Voucher Details section, define the following:
Field | Description |

Account Type | From the dropdown, select the account type for the voucher. |
Voucher Amount | Type the currency amount for the voucher. |
Reason Code | From the dropdown, select the reason code to associate with the voucher. |
Start Date | Type the start date of the date range during which the voucher is redeemable. |
Expiration Date | Type the date when the voucher expires and is no longer redeemable. |
Limit Usage Time | Select this option to define the time of day when the voucher is redeemable. When this option is selected, the following fields are provided:

Usage Type | From the dropdown, select the applicable usage type:

Notes | Type any notes about the voucher. |
Select Accounts to Receive the Voucher
To select existing accounts for the voucher:
From the Select Existing Account dropdown, select the account.
Select Add. The account is added to the list of selected accounts at the bottom of the page.
(Optional) Select Show Anonymous Accounts to include anonymous accounts in the list.
To select a single guest for the voucher:
In the Give Voucher to a Guest section, define the following, and then select Add. The account is added to the list of selected accounts at the bottom of the page.

Phone | Type the guest's phone number. |
To select multiple guests for the voucher:
In the Delimited List of Emails field, type the guest email addresses separated by a comma.
Select Add. The accounts are added to the list of selected accounts at the bottom of the page.
Import Vouchers

To import vouchers:
From the lower-left of the View Vouchers page, select Import Vouchers.
From the Account Type dropdown, select the account type for the voucher.
From the File Format dropdown, select the desired option for separating the individual voucher details in the imported file.
From the File to Import field, select Choose File to select the file to import.
Select the desired options:
Email On Creation - Email the voucher to the selected accounts upon voucher creation.
Email Me - Email the voucher to your email account upon voucher creation.
From the lower-left, select OK.
(Optional) Select Download CSV Template to download the voucher template in CSV format.
