Important

This update does NOT impact Xenial clients using Android and iOS on account the Genius Shell is a unique application with a different App Bundle ID. To upgrade to the Genius Shell ensure the previous application instance is deleted.

Genius Branding

  • Updated Shell UI and error handling to reflect Genius branding (Android, iOS, Windows).

  • If user has only one (1) company/site, the Company/Site Selection screen is skipped.

  • User is automatically directed to the Terminals/Schemes list page if only one (1) service is available at the site.

  • Terminal List specifies Terminal ID and Name (both in bold).

  • When user selects a device icon from the Terminal List, connected devices are listed.

  • Split Screen Stations are identified on the Kitchen Station Selection screen.

  • The Login button is active after user enters updated user credentials.

  • Languages appear in native language on the selector.

  • Access Privacy Policy via direct link to website.

Installation

  • From Confirm Selections screen, select a Company, Site, Service, or Terminal/Station to open its respective screen and view additional details.

  • Select Environment screen includes a Back button.

  • On file loader screen, files loading from POS, Portal, and Staff are displayed below the progress bar.

  • File download message and Launch Service button are translated to selected language.
