Partial Day Time Off Requests - Managers can now create, edit, and delete Partial Day Time Off Requests directly from the Employee Details. Multiple partial-day requests are supported on the same date as long as the time slots do not overlap.

Blackout Dates for Time Off Requests - Managers can now define Blackout Dates to block specific days from being requested off by employees. When setting a Blackout Date, users see those dates locked in Team Portal with a tooltip explaining the restriction and will be unable to submit time-off requests.

Preferred Language - Genius Back Office now automatically updates user's language preference at login, ensuring emails and in-app communications are delivered in the correct language. This applies to both Back Office and Team Portal logins, including mobile.
