XGL-2002	Enhanced processing by sending order_id as a TransRef value and as a SupplierTransactionID value in all requests.
XGL-2040	Enabled mapping of Loyalty customer's Points Balance by consuming new field api_key after receiving identifyCustomers request, then sending request to LoyaltyProgress endpoint.
XGL-2050	BALANCE request sends with TransRef=null as expected.
