POS-51979	Table Maps	If user removes a table selection, Table Map is active and not grayed out.
POS-52671	Paid Outs	Paid Outs and Cash Pulls supported on all terminal scheme configurations.
POS-52804	Discounts	Updated MSR swipe processing to ensure manager approval window closes when expected during discount authorization.
