Record & Play App Support

Introduced Custom Protocol for Record & Play App. Optionally allow staff to enable automation from the popup menu of a kitchen screen.

Kitchen Screen Configuration

Genius Portal → 4-Dot Menu → Data Management → Kitchen Settings → Kitchen Screen Settings → General

From the Popup Menu section, enable the following function:

  • Enable Automation - Allow user to establish secure connection between Kitchen and Record & Play App (RPA).

Cell Color by Order Source

Apply a background color to the kitchen cell to identify the order source.

Order Source Configuration

Added the following setting to the General page of the Order Source editor:

  • Cell Color by Order Source - These settings override the color settings configured for the order destination.

    • Background Color - Select the colored square to select the preferred color OR type the hexadecimal value in the provided field.

    • Text Color - Select the colored square to select the preferred color OR type the hexadecimal value in the provided field.
