The following describes how to customize the Open Orders screen to optimize views for the operational practices of the company.

Editor	Description
Open Order Lanes	Lanes are the filtered columns used by Open Order Screens to show multiple sectors of orders. Lanes offer various ways to filter and sort their content. Open Order Lane types: Order Lane - Lists open orders in accordance with defined filters and sorting rules. Vehicle Lane - Lists vehicles from Vision Lane and/or Vision Zone.
Open Order Screens	Open Order Screens are customizable screens used on the POS to show multiple custom-filtered lanes of orders.
Order Cards	Order Cards display order information, such as Customer Name and Delivery Time, and are used on Open Order Screens to show multiple sectors of orders.
