Gift and Loyalty | Thanx
To set up the loyalty integration between Thanx and point of sale (POS) in the Genius Portal, add as a service, enable the new service for the company, then add the service on the site level.

To add Thanx as a loyalty service:
From All Services, locate and select Thanx.
From the Thanx - General - Available Conditions, toggle Companies for Available by.
From Thanx - General - Available Conditions, select Add Company.
From the Add Company popup, select the company (or companies) and select Add Company.
From the upper-right of Thanx, select Save.

Company Settings | Enable Service

Enable the Self-Service Integration Onboarding (SSIO) in the Portal under Company Settings. Complete these steps before activating the service at the site-level:
From the Genius Portal, select the company name.
From the Home page, navigate to Settings and Tools → Company Settings.
From the left of the Company page, select Services.
From Services, locate and select Thanx.
From Edit Thanx - General, toggle Yes for Enabled.
In Edit Thanx - General, enter the URL for Service URL in the text field. This URL is provided by Thanx.
In Edit Thanx - General, enter the required token in the Token text field. This token is provided by Thanx.
From Edit Thanx - Registration, toggle Yes for Enabled.
From Edit Thanx - Registration, select Add Field.
From Add Registration Field, type Phone in the Search box and select the Phone checkbox and select Add Field.
From Edit Thanx - Registration, select Add Field.
From Add Registration Field, select the Email checkbox and select Add Field.
From the Edit modal, select Done.
From the upper-right of Services, select Save.
Site Settings | Enable Service
Prerequisite: Complete Company Settings before proceeding.

To enable self-service onboarding for a single site:
From the Genius Portal, navigate to → .
From Sites, select the site.
From the left side of the Site page, select Services.
From Services, select Add Service.
From Add Services, select Thanx, then select Add Service.
To the right Thanx, select the 3-dot menu, then select Edit.
From Edit Thanx, toggle Yes for Active.
From Edit Thanx, select Use Company Settings.
From the Edit Thanx, select Done.
From the upper-right of the Site page, select Save.
