SICOM to Genius Site Mapping
Site mapping is currently needed to allow certain brands to continue using SICOM for content while leveraging Genius for pricing and menu updates.

A subscription to Genius Digital Menu Board is required to view this section and complete these steps in Genius Portal.

To create a mapping:
From All Companies, select the 3-dot menu for the target company and select Edit.
From the company's page left navigation, select Admin Options.
From Admin Options, scroll down to Sicom Site Mapping and select Add Site.
From the Sicom Integration modal, enter the following information in the fields:

Sicom Brand ID

This field is alphabetical only and not case-sensitive. It auto-populates if mapping exists.
Sicom Restaurant #
Yes
This field is numeric only. The value must be unique within the company.
Genius Site Name
Yes
Select a site from the list of all company sites from the modal.
From the Sicom Integration modal:
Search by Site ID or Site Name.
Use the radio button to select one Site only. Already-mapped sites are excluded from the list.
Select Create Mapping.
Note
Each Sicom Brand ID + Restaurant # combo must be unique across all companies. Error messages for non-unique combinations:
Brand ID: The brand is already mapped to [Company Name].
Restaurant #: This Restaurant # is already mapped to [Company Name].
From the upper-right of the company's page, select Save.
Edit a Site Mapping
To edit a site mapping:
From All Companies, select the 3-dot menu for the target company and select Edit.
From the company's page left navigation, select Admin Options.
From Admin Options, scroll down to Sicom Site Mapping and select the 3-dot menu for the target site mapping and select Edit.
Note
Alternatively, select the radio button for the target site mapping, select the Action dropdown, and select Edit.
From the Sicom Integration modal, modify the required fields as needed.
From the Sicom Integration modal, select Save Mapping.
From the upper-right of the company's page, select Save.
Delete a Site Mapping
Note
If there is a need to remap a site, the site mapping must be deleted first because already mapped sites do not appear in the selection grid of the Sicom Integration modal.
To delete a site mapping:
From All Companies, select the 3-dot menu for the target company and select Edit.
From the company's page left navigation, select Admin Options.
From Admin Options, scroll down to Sicom Site Mapping and select the 3-dot menu for the target site mapping and select Delete.
Note
Alternatively, select the radio button for the target site mapping, select the Action dropdown, and select Delete.
From Delete Mapping modal, select Delete Mapping to delete or Cancel to save the site mapping.
From the upper-right of the company's page, select Save.
