Genius Portal for DMB/ME Integration

Update pricing for all sites, or individual sites through Genius Portal with a DMB/ME integration.

Edit DMB Pricing

To edit DMB pricing through Genius Portal:

Login to Genius Portal.
From the 4-Dot menu, select Data Management.
From the menu on the left, select Ordering Settings.
From the Ordering Settings menu, select Product List.
From the Product List, select the item.
- Alternatively, use Search to locate the item.
From the Item Menu on the left, select Price.
From the Pricing section, select the Price field.
In the Edit Price window, locate the New Price column.
In the New Price field, type the new price.
- At the top of the column, use the Set All field to edit the price for All sites.
- To the right of each individual site, use the price field to edit only specific sites.
From the lower-right of the Edit Price window, select Review Changes.
- Alternatively, select the dropdown arrow to clear all changes.
From the lower-right of the Edit Price window, select Confirm and Close.
- Alternatively, select the dropdown arrow for additional options, or
- From the lower-left of the Edit Price window, select Back.
Price changes take approximately 10 minutes to update in PLU_ext.
- Alternatively, follow the procedure for Force Update.

To force a DMB pricing update through Genius Portal:

Login to Genius Portal.
From the menu on the left of the Company Homepage, select Sites.
From the Company Sites list, select the site.
From the Site menu on the left, select Services.
From Services list, locate dmb-me.
To the right of the dmb-me row, select the 3-dot menu.
From the 3-dot menu, select Edit.
From the lower-left of the Edit area, select Refresh Menu.
From the lower-right of the confirmation window, select Refresh.
- Alternatively, on the lower-left, select Cancel.
From the lower-right of the Edit area, select Done.
From the upper-right of the Services list, select Save.
