Create Shipping Service in Service Builder
Portal → Admin → All Services
Note
Admin.Subscriptions.Items.View and Admin.Subscriptions.Items.Manage permissions are required to complete these steps. See Define Role Permissions for more information.

To create a shipping service in Service Builder:
From All Services, select Create Service.
From New Service - General, enter the following values:

From New Service - General, scroll down to Availability Conditions and select Companies for the Available by field.
From New Service - General under Availability Conditions, select Add Company and select the company to add to the shipping service.
From New Service - Company Fields under General, select Add New Section and add two sections: Configuration and Environment and select Save.
From New Service - Company Fields under Configuration, select Add New Field and add the following field and values:

From the upper-right corner of New Service, select Save.
Configure Shipping Service at the Company Level
Portal → Admin → Settings and Tools → Company Settings

To configure a shipping service at the company level:
From Company Settings, select Services.
From Company Settings - Services, scroll down and find Shipment and select the 3-dot menu and select Edit.
From Edit Shipment - General, select the Enabled toggle to Yes.
From Edit Shipment - Configuration, enter easy_post in the Provider field.
From Edit Shipment - Environment, enter the Data URL and API Key for the site. Contact our technical support for this information.
From Edit Shipment, select Done.
From the upper-right corner of Companies, select Save.
Configure Shipping Service at the Site Level

To configure a shipping service at the site level:
From Sites, scroll down to the site and select the 3-dot menu and select Edit.
From the site page, select Services.
From Services, select Add Service.
From the Add Services popup, select Shipment and select Add.
From Services, select the 3-dot menu for Shipment and select Edit.
From Edit Shipment - General, select the Active toggle to Yes.
From Edit Shipment - Configuration, select from the Configuration settings dropdown: Inherit Company Settings or Custom. The default is Inherit Company Settings.
From Edit Shipment - Configuration, enter easy_post in the Provider field.
From Edit Shipment - Environment, select Inherit Company Settings from the Environment settings dropdown.
From the upper-right corner if the site page, select Save.
