To set up the loyalty integration between Como and point of sale (POS) in the Genius Portal, add a custom service, enable the new service for the company, then add the service on the site level.
Add a Custom Service

To add Como as a custom loyalty service:
From Custom Services, select Add Custom Service.
From the left menu pane of Customer Services - New Service, select General and define the following settings:

Service URL
This URL is provided by Como.

From the left menu pane of Customer Services - New Service, select Custom Fields. The setting configuration in this section depend on the client's requests.
From the upper-right of Customer Services - New Service, select Save.
Company Settings - Enable Service

Enable the Self-Service Integration Onboarding (SSIO) in the Portal under Company Settings. Complete these steps before activating the service at the site-level:
From the Genius Portal, select the company name.
From the Home page, navigate to Settings and Tools → Company Settings.
From the left of the Company page, select Services.
From Services, locate and select Como Loyalty.
From the Edit Como Loyalty - General, toggle Yes for Enabled.
In the Edit Como Loyalty - General, enter the URL for Service URL in the text field. This URL is provided by Como.
From the Edit modal, select Done.
From Services, select Save.
Site Settings - Enable Service
Prerequisite: Complete Company Settings before proceeding.

To enable self-service onboarding for a single site:
From the Genius Portal, navigate to → .
From Sites, select the site.
From the left side of the Site page, select Services.
From Services, select Add Service.
From Add Services, select Como Loyalty, then select Add Service.
To the right Como Loyalty, select the 3-dot menu, then select Edit.
From Edit Como Loyalty, toggle Yes for Active.
From Edit Como Loyalty, select Use Company Settings.
From the Edit Como Loyalty, select Done.
From the upper-right of the Site page, select Save.
