To enable necessary email notifications:
Navigate to Suite Catering Email Settings.
From the Abandoned Cart Email area, select the toggle to turn on the Abandoned Cart Email.
From the Advanced Day Order Reminder Emails area, select the toggle to turn on the First Email Reminder and specify when to send first email reminders.
From the Advanced Day Order Reminder Emails area, select the toggle to turn on the Second Email Reminder and specify when to send second email reminders.
Nota
Days(s) Prior to ADO Cutoff Date of the second email reminder must be less than that of the first email reminder.
From the Card On File Expiration Email area, select the toggle to turn on the Email Reminder and specify when to send expiration email reminders.
Nota
This notification is sent to the primary user.
If a card expires in May 2023 and the Months Prior Expiration Date field is set to 2 months, the email will be sent on April 1, 2023 (sent only once).
From the Set Initial Password Email area, use the Link Expiration Time dropdown to set the expiration time for the COMPLETE REGISTRATION link included in the email sent upon SuiteSpot registration.
From the Email Template Logo area, use the Email Template Logo dropdown to select a logo option to control the branding displayed in email templates:
Select Use Site Logo (default) to use the logo configured in Data Management. The logo priority follows: Site Level > Company Level. If the site logo is the default Genius logo, the company logo is used as a fallback.
Select Specific Logo to upload a custom logo image for email templates. A Choose File button and an email preview appear below the dropdown. After uploading a file, the logo in the preview is updated to reflect the newly uploaded image.
Supported formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG, and GIF.
Maximum file size: 4 MB. If the selected image exceeds this limit, an error message is displayed.
