A Fryer Filter Report is now available on the Portal. The following filter information is displayed, if available: Date, Filter Type (quick filter, clean and filter, or deep clean), Filter Status (complete or bypassed), Filter Request Time, Filter Start Time, Total Filter Time, Fryer Pot Name, the TPM Value, and the Number of Cooks since Last Clean Filter. A report summary is also available and offers a condensed view of the Filter Types and Number of Cooks since Last Clean Filter for each Fryer Pot.

A Fryer Cook Cycle Report is now available on the Portal. The following cook cycle information is displayed, if available: Date, Time, Fryer Pot Name, Product Name, Cook Duration, Start/End Temperature, Max/Min Temperature, and Cook Status. Chef now has the capability to integrate with select network-connected fryers. When network-connected fryers are enabled and configured, Chef is able to display fryer information including contents, times, temperatures, messages, and alerts.
