To change the suite attendant of an order:
Navigate to Suite Catering Orders List.
From the Orders List, locate the order(s), then to the left of the order(s), select the order checkbox(es).
From the upper-left of the Order List, use the Actions dropdown to select Change Suite Attendant.
From the Change Suite Attendant popup, use the Suite Attendant dropdown to select the new suite attendant.
From the lower-right of the Change Suite Attendant popup, select Save.
Alternatively, select Cancel.
If the order’s associated event is open, the order will automatically commit after a successful suite attendant change, ensuring the update takes effect.
