Top Panel

Select the sections or rooms to view on the table map.

Wait List

Manage the customer wait list, direct seat guests, and view party details.

Table Map

Floor plan of the sections and tables in the site. Scroll the table map horizontally and vertically. Use the +/- controls to zoom in/out of the view as needed.

Actions

From the popup menu, select an action to perform on the selected party/table.

Add to Waitlist

Add a party to the Waitlist.

Table Statuses

The following describes the table statuses used in Table Service.

Status

Description

Dirty

Unavailable and needs cleaned.

Open

Unoccupied and available.

Ordered

Occupied and order entered.

Paid

Occupied and guest paid for order.

Printed

Occupied and check printed.

Seated

Occupied order entered.

Availability Status

The table icons on the table map specify the table number and identify the availability status of a table. The availability status is identified by the appearance of the icon.

Tap the table to:

  • Disable Table

  • Direct Seat Party

  • Seat the party selected from Waitlist and create a new order

Occupied.png

Occupied and associated with an Open order

Tap the table to:

  • Change Table Status

  • View Party Details

  • Move Party to Another Table

  • Seat the party selected from Waitlist and create a new order (Table status must be "Open")

Disabled.png

Disabled

Tap the table to:

  • Enable Table
