Login to Mobile Manager

Mobile Manager App uses the same username and password currently used to access the Genius FSM portal. User permissions are the same whether accessing Genius FSM portal through a traditional computer or through a mobile device.

To log into Mobile Manager:

  1. In the Email field, type the email address.

  2. In the Password field, type the password.

    • On the far right of the field, tap the eye icon to view the typed password.

  3. Option: select Remember Me to save credentials.

  4. From the bottom of the screen, select Log In.

Note

The app does support mobile device biometric recognition—Face ID.

Authenticate Mobile Login

To better secure your account, Foodservice Management Mobile Manager uses multi-factor authentication.

To authenticate:

  1. From the Authentication screen, select the authentication method.

    • The available options—email or text—are the same as those set for the Genius Foodservice Management portal.

  2. In the code field, type or copy/paste the received code.

    • If the code was not received, check spam/junk folders. If the code is not present, select Resend message.

    • If having difficulty receiving the authentication code, from the bottom of the screen select Try Another Delivery Method.

  3. From the bottom of the screen, select Submit.
