Remote Access User Agreement

If you require SICOM to connect to your site via 3rd party software (e.g. LogMeIn), please review the agreement and complete the form below. In order to request remote access, you must agree to the following:

I hereby give permission to SICOM Systems, Inc. to access the computer and network (if applicable) from which this request is being placed, for the purpose of performing maintenance tasks related to the SICOM POS System(s) at my Restaurant. I certify that I have the authority to grant this permission on behalf of the Restaurant. I understand that this permission is for a one-time access. While the connection is active, I agree to monitor the session until it is terminated by either SICOM or me. I understand that once the connection is broken, SICOM will lose access and will require a renewed permission through this login page to resume access.

I further understand and agree that SICOM Systems, Inc. maintenance responsibility is limited to those features, functions, settings, and configurations directly related to the SICOM POS System(s), and that it is not expected to perform general system diagnostics or maintenance for this computer or network. Any other assistance that may be provided by SICOM is as a courtesy only and without any warranty or liability.
