WEB-SRM Fiscal Report
The WEB-SRM Fiscal Report within Genius Cloud Reporting makes all fiscal transaction data easily accessible.
Important
Access to this report requires enabling the following permission to the Cloud User Role: Reporting → Payroll Reports group → WEB-SRM Report.
The WEB-SRM Fiscal Report retrieves all generated fiscal transactions and their complete attributes, along with essential details of the related orders, allowing for detailed analysis over any selected period. The report’s core functions are to:
Validate the accuracy of fiscal totals versus order totals.
Identify and research any orders missing fiscal transactions.
Serve as a comprehensive archive of all fiscal transactions for a given period.
To access the WEB-SRM Fiscal Report:
Navigate to Genius Portal → 4-Dot Menu → Reports → Audit → WEB-SRM.
From the WEB-SRM report, filter by site and time period.
From the WEB-SRM report, select Submit to generate the report.
The report can be export PDF, CSV, and XLS formats. The data is organized in flexible grouping options by columns such as order number and destinations, and includes a Detail View to examine the items submitted in a transaction.
Note
This report confirms the creation of the fiscal transaction, but not its delivery status to the WEB-SRM. The outcome of the transaction delivery must be verified within the dedicated fiscal logs.
