Terminal Scheme

Use Terminal Scheme to create and configure POS terminal schemes, which determine the order entry settings, payment types, and system navigation options that are available at a terminal.

To create a terminal scheme:

  1. From the Terminal Scheme List homepage, select New Terminal Scheme.

  2. Select a section and define the respective settings.

    The following introduces the sections of the Terminal Scheme editor:

    Section

    Description

    Donations

    Define settings related to the charitable donations prompt.

    Drawers

    Select the desired banking mode for cash drawer sessions.

    Functions & External Applications

    Select the functions and external applications the user can access from the Functions screen of the POS.

    General

    Define general settings including the scheme name, business operation, order source, and starting view.

    Order Entry

    Define order entry settings including available order options, system navigation options, and default order destination.

    Payment

    Select a payment type scheme.

    Printing

    Define receipt and kitchen printing settings.
