Daypart Summary Report

The Daypart Summary report analyzes each segment of the drive-thru for each day part of the selected date or time period.
To generate the Daypart Summary report:
From the Site Hierarchy dropdown, select specific sites or managers.

From the Date dropdown, select a date or date range. The default is Today.
For more information, see Report Date Options.
Select Run Report -OR- select the dropdown for additional output options. The default output is PDF.

The Drive-Thru Director Daypart Summary Report displays:
Table Header | Description |
|---|---|
Store # | The site number for the data row. |
Total Cars | Total number of drive-thru events for the day. |
Total MBT | The Total MBT (Menu Board Time) is the total average menu board speed of service for the day. |
Total PUT | The Total PUT (Pick Up Window Time) is the total average pickup window speed of service for the day. |
Total TTL | The Total TTL (Total Time Lane) is the the overall total average speed of service for the day. |
[Day Part] Cars | The number of drive-thru events for the indicated daypart. |
[Day Part] MBT | The average menu board speed of service for the indicated daypart. |
[Day Part] PUT | The average pickup window speed of service for the indicated daypart. |
[Day Part] TTL | The overall total average speed of service for the indicated daypart. |

Note
The dayparts listed on the report reflect the dayparts configured on Classic Portal for the site.
