The Chef Daypart Projection Summary compares Chef projections to the actions performed through Chef. This comparison displays projections, adjustments, and actual totals of what was prepared.
To generate the Daypart Projection Summary Report:
From the Site Hierarchy dropdown, select specific sites or managers.
For more information, see Report Site Selector.
From the Date dropdown, select a date or date range. The default is Today.
For more information, see Report Date Options.
Select Run Report -OR- select the dropdown for additional output options. The default output is PDF.

Daypart Projection Summary Report: Report Detail

The Chef Daypart Projection Summary Report displays the following:
Table Header | Description |

Ingredient | Displays the specific ingredient for the data row. |
Total Forecast | The total predicted amount to prepare in order to meet forecasted sales. This amount is based on historical sales. |
Total Adj. | The total adjusted forecast for the day. The adjusted forecast is determined by multiplying the product Projections and the Trend Factor. For more information, see Projections Report: Report Detail. |
Total Actual | The total amount actually sold throughout the entire day. |
Daypart Forecast | The predicted amount to prepare in order to meet forecasted sales for the daypart. |
Daypart Adj. | The adjusted forecast for the daypart. |
Daypart Actual | The actual amount sold during the daypart. |

The dayparts listed on the report reflect the dayparts configured on Classic Portal for the site.
