Procedimientos de Propina
Esta sección describe los procedimientos relacionados a agregar propina a una orden.
Para agregar una propina a una orden:
From the lower-left, select Options.
En el menú Opciones, seleccione Agregar Propina.
Cuando se le pida confirmar la operación, seleccione Si para continuar.
Nota
Cuando una orden es dividida después de que se le agregó propina, el porcentaje de propina es calculado para cada nueva orden y agregado al total de orden respectivo.
To add a tip to a Saved order:
From the Open Orders screen, select the order.
From the lower-right of the order detail menu, select Add Tip.
Use the on-screen keypad to type the tip amount.
Below the on-screen keypad, select Add Tips to Payment.
For split-payment orders, see Add Tip to Split-Payment Order.
From the lower-right of the Add Tips window, select Save Changes and Close.
To add tip to a split-payment order:
From the Open Orders screen, select the order.
From the lower-right of the order detail menu, select Add Tip.
From the left of the Add Tips window, select the order payment.
Use the on-screen keypad to type the tip amount.
Below the on-screen keypad, select Add Tips to Payment.
From the lower-right of the Add Tips window, select Save Changes and Close.
Para ajustar la cantidad de la propina:
En la parte superior izquierda de la pantalla, seleccione el icono de la hamburguesa
.En el menú Navegación del Sistema, seleccione Historial de Órdenes.
En la pantalla Historial de Órdenes, seleccione la orden.
En la esquina inferior derecha de la pantalla, seleccione Opciones.
En el menú Opciones, seleccione Actualizar Propina.
De la lista de propinas, seleccione la propina (si aplica).
Use el teclado numérico para escribir la nueva cantidad de propina.
Seleccione Guardar.
Importante
No es posible ajustar propinas después de que el cierre de transacciones de tarjetas de crédito se ha ejecutado.

You cannot update a tip if the payment terminal is unavailable.
This section describes procedures related to tips/gratuity when accessed from the Order History screen.
Adjust Single-Payment Tips
To adjust single-payment tips from Order History:
From the Order History screen, select the order.
From the lower-right of the Order History menu, select Options.
From the Options menu, select Update Tip.
From the applied payments window, select the payment.
From the lower-right of the applied payments window, select Apply.
Use the on-screen keypad to type the updated tip amount.
From the lower-right, select Save.
Adjust Multi-Payment Tips
To adjust multi-payment tips from Order History:
From the Order History screen, select the order.
From the lower-right of the Order History menu, select Options.
From the Options menu, select Update Tip.
Use the on-screen keypad to type the updated tip amount.
From the lower-right, select Save.
Cuando se usan ciertos tipos de pago durante el proceso de cobro, la pantalla de propinas de cara al cliente muestra lo siguiente:
Opciones de propina sugeridas (incluyendo "Sin Propina").
Captura de firma, lo cual faculta al cliente firmar con su dedo, autorizando así su propina y su pago.
La pantalla de cara al cliente muestra sugerencias de propina para que el cliente la seleccione. Las sugerencias de propina se determinan por el total de la orden y el destino de la orden.
Las opciones "Sin Propina" y "Personalizada" permiten que el cliente no deje propina o que especifique una cantidad personalizada de propina.
Cuando aparece la propina en la pantalla de cara al cliente, ceda el control del monitor al cliente, permitiéndole agregar una propina y firmar.
Abrir la pantalla de Propinas
Para abrir la pantalla de propinas de cara al cliente manualmente:
Desde la esquina inferior izquierda de la pantalla, seleccione Opciones.
Seleccione Propina.
