In Xenial’s never ending pursuit to deliver best-in-class solutions to the QSR industry, Xenial is excited to announce Xenial RTI Back Office, formerly known as RTIconnect, as our unified Back Office solution.
In order to ensure the best Back Office experience for our customers, Xenial has set an End of Life date of December 31, 2021 for the “SEMS Classic” and “SEMS4” platforms (SEMS) for all US locations.
With over 9,500 Xenial Back Office implementations, we have developed a robust migration and onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition from SEMS for you and your restaurants. A dedicated Implementation Specialist will guide you through this process, enabling you to use Xenial RTI Back Office to its fullest potential.
Although the SEMS platforms will be End of Life, with Xenial RTI Back Office, you will find even more powerful tools to better manage your business and provide real-time insights. Additionally, Xenial RTI Back Office offers many 3rd party integrations, such as Speed of Service, Payroll, Business Intelligence, and Employee Onboarding, in order to provide a complete back office platform for your entire organization.
