Abandoned Cart Reminder

Both the primary user of the account and the user who adds items to the shopping cart will receive this email. For details about how to enable Abandoned Cart Notification Email, see Configure Email Settings.

Additional information about the Abandoned Cart Reminder:

  • The Abandoned Cart Notification Email is sent if:

    • An order for an abandoned cart is not submitted within 72 hours.

    • An order for an abandoned cart is not submitted within 24 hours before the Advanced Day Order (ADO) cutoff time.

  • The abandoned cart notification email will not be sent if:

    • The shopping cart is not touched.

    • It is less than 24 hours before the ADO deadline.

    • The suite owner has submitted an order.
