The following describes how to use the Xenial Mobile Manager application.

Things to Know

What are the methods for navigating the Mobile Manager app?

Navigate the Mobile Manager app and access its features from the Home Page and the Popup Menu. From the upper-left of the screen, select the hamburger icon Hamburger_icon.jpg to open the popup menu. Access the popup menu from any screen of the mobile app.

Is it possible to view additional details about a Key Stat?

Tap a Key Stat value to "drill down" and view a detailed breakdown of its data. Next to items within a Key Stat, select the right arrow to "drill down" into the item and view additional details.

To refresh the Key Stat values to reflect real-time, swipe the screen down.

Is it possible to filter the Key Stats by specific sites?

By default, the Mobile Manager values reflect the combined value for all sites. To view values for one or more specific sites:

In the upper-right of the screen, select the site filter icon to open the Select Sites screen.

Is the Mobile Manager Hourly Chart available for all POS platforms?

The Flexible Chart is only available with the Xenial Cloud POS application.

Is it possible to set a default landing page for the Mobile Manager app?

Yes. To select the landing page that opens by default when the mobile app starts, see Select Landing Page.

Is there a way to disable push notifications during specific times of the day?

To define a time period when push notifications are disabled, see Disable Notifications During Specific Time.

Sign In to Mobile Manager

To sign in to Mobile Manager:

  1. Open the Mobile Manager app.

  2. In the provided fields, type the email address and password.

  3. Select Sign In.

    Importante

    The Sign In function includes Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Reset Password

To reset a Mobile Manager password: From the Sign In screen, select Forgot Your Password?.

  • An email is sent to the user's provided email address with instructions to reset the password.

  • The new password cannot be the same as a previous password.

Privacy Policy

From the Sign In screen, select Privacy Policy to view the Mobile Manager Privacy Policy.

User Agreement

The user agreement is displayed after signing in to Mobile Manager for the first time.

Please read the user agreement and then select I Agree to the Terms and Conditions to accept the agreement and use the Mobile Manager app.

Feature

Description

Key Stats

Real-time statistics about store performance, such as a daily sales summary, receipt totals, and average check amount.

Alerts

Push notifications are triggered by specific events or conditions at the site that require attention.

Reports

Generate reports about site data for a defined date range.

Hourly Chart

View a graphical overview of hourly statistics for:

  • Net Sales

  • Gross Sales

  • Number of Orders Processed

  • Number of Items Sold

Account

Manage account settings including the application appearance and behavior.
