Xenial Cloud Portal Data Management Staff Settings Employee Records

The following describes how to configure the settings that are used to add and manage employee records.

Add and manage employee records using the Xenial Cloud Back Office - Staff module.

Countries

The country records are available for selection when adding address information to employee records.

Country States

The country state records are available for selection when adding address information to employee records.

Ethnicities

The ethnicity records are available for selection when adding employee records.

I-9 Document Classes

I-9 document class records refer to employee identification documents.

The I-9 document class records are available for selection when adding employee records.

I-9 Statuses

I-9 status records are used to identify the status of an employee's legal authorization to work in the United States.

The I-9 status records are available for selection when adding employee records.

W-4 Filing Statuses

W-4 filing status records identify the marital status of an employee when filing a W-4 form.

The W-4 records are available for selection when adding W-4 information to employee records.

Countries

To create a country record:

  1. From the Country List homepage, select New Country.

  2. Define the following:

    Field

    Description

    Name

    Type a name for the country record.

    ISO code

    From the dropdown, select the identification code for the country.

  3. From the upper-right of the screen, select Save.

Country States

To add a country state:

  1. From the Country State List homepage, select New Country State.

  2. Define the following:

    Field

    Description

    Country

    From the dropdown, select the country where the state is located.

    ISO code

    Type an identification code for the state.

    Name

    Type the name of the state

  3. From the upper-right of the screen, select Save.

Ethnicities

To add an ethnicity record:

  1. From the Ethnicity List homepage, select New Ethnicity.

  2. Define the following:

    Field

    Description

    Code

    Type an identification code for the record.

    Name

    Type a name for the record.

    Description

    Type a description of the record.

  3. From the upper-right of the screen, select Save.

I-9 Document Classes

To create an I-9 document class:

  1. From the I9 Document Class List homepage, select New I9 Document Class.

  2. Define the following:

    Field

    Description

    Code

    Type an identification code for the record.

    Name

    Type a name for the record.

    Description

    Type a description of the record.

  3. From the upper-right of the screen, select Save.

  1. From the I9 Status List homepage, select New I9 Status.

  2. Define the following:

    Code

    Type an identification code for the record.

    Name

W-4 Filing Statuses

    Code

  3. From the upper-right of the screen, select Save.
