Clean DMB Controllers

DMB controllers need a consistent airflow in order to remain cool and for optimal performance. Dust or flour may accumulate on the vents and impede this airflow. It is important to routinely clean the vents to ensure the controllers do not overheat.

  1. Disconnect the power cable from the controller to prevent any damage to the fan motors.

  2. Use a can of compressed air to clean the vents on the top and sides of the controller.

Additional tips:

  • Do not cover the vents on the top or sides of the controller.

  • Ensure there is sufficient space between the controllers for proper airflow.

  • Do not place controllers in an enclosed area without ventilation.

  • Do not place controllers near heat sources, such as a heating vent or heat chute.
