Hierarchies
Use the Hierarchies utility to view and manage hierarchical store groups. Define a hierarchical relationship between companies, define the reporting assignments for district managers within each company, and manage the store assignments for each manager.
Add hierarchical levels (e.g. region, district, area) to a company as needed for displaying totals for each level in custom reports, thereby providing a method of comparison and a detailed overview of the various levels of a company.
The names of the levels used in a Hierarchical Store Group are defined by the system administrator. The level names used in the following instructions may not match the names used by your company.
