Create an Email Template

The Xenial Notification Service delivers email notifications to customers about the status of their online or mobile order.

Use the Email Templates editor to create and configure the email notification templates.

To create an email template:

  1. From the Xenial Portal, select Data Management.

  2. From the Ordering Settings menu, select Settings.

  3. Select Email > Email Templates.

  4. From the homepage of the Email Templates editor, select the email template.

  5. In the Name field, type a name for the email template.

  6. In the Subject field, type the text to display in the subject line of the email.

  7. In the HTML field, edit the HTML of the email content as desired.


Select Use Default Template to remove all changes to the email template and revert the template to its default values.
