Define availability settings for a product, including:
Availability at each site
Availability restrictions by order source (e.g. Mobile App, Web Site, Restaurant Terminal)
To define product availability at sites:
Open the Availability page of the product record.
Locate the Availability section.
Set the Active toggle to Active if the product is currently available to be sold.
Multi-site users: Select the globe icon located to the right of the field to define values for each site.

Restrict Product Availability by Order Source
Restrict product availability by order source (e.g. Mobile App, Web Site, Restaurant Terminal). For example, the availability of alcoholic beverages is restricted to orders placed at the Restaurant Terminal.
Product availability restrictions are enforced in the following areas:
A toast notification is displayed on the terminal to inform the order taker when a product is not available.
To restrict a product's availability:

Locate the Order Sources section of the Availability page of the product record.
Set the Allow Order Source Restriction toggle to On.
Set the Available toggle to No for each order source where sales of the product are not available.
The Available toggle is set to Yes for each listed order source by default.

Order source records are created using the Order Source editor, which is accessible from the → → → menu.
