Suite Catering: Getting Started
Suite Catering is a venue-focused Xenial Cloud service accessed through Xenial Portal. Suite Catering syncs with Xenial Cloud services such as Data Management, to provide the most up-to-date information such as Item Inventory and Unit Costs.
To start using Suite Catering, the venue portal administrator must add and enable the service at the company level and then add and enable the service at the site level.
The venue portal administrator must then assign User Roles to Venue Staff, and also assign Permissions to those roles.
This process is outlined in the table. Note that each step is its own process.

6 | Assign Permissions to a User Role | Grant permissions to access the Suite Catering Admin Portal Options Suite Catering Permissions. |

Venue staff with Suite Catering admin permissions access the Suite Catering Admin Portal via the 4-Dot menu—located on the upper-right—of Xenial Portal.
Helpful information about the Xenial 4-Dot menu:
The Suite Catering is visible in the 4-Dot menu when:
A venue/company and at least one site are subscribed to and have enabled the Suite Catering service
A user has at least one Suite Catering admin permission enabled
Some Suite Catering modules, such as Orders, Accounts, Templates, Suites, and Suite Admin Settings, depend on the permissions granted to the user.
