Inventory Item Thresholds

Thresholds define and categorize stock levels. This categorization prevents sites from falling below a minimum quantity or over ordering.

Assign Inventory Thresholds

To assign inventory thresholds to a site:
Navigate to Xenial Data Management.
From the menu on the left, select Venue Inventory Settings.
From the menu on the left, below Venue Inventory Settings, select Inventory Item Thresholds.
From the Site Selector panel, select the site.
From the lower-right of the Site Selector panel, choose, select site.
If necessary, scroll to the end of the Site Selector panel.
From the upper-right, to the left of the site name, select the values template.
The default values template automatically displays.
From the Inventory Item Thresholds list, scroll to the desired item.
From the item row, locate the Measure column.
From the Measure dropdown, select the unit of measure for the item.
From the item row, locate the Min, PAR, and Max columns.
In the the Min, PAR, and Max fields, use the keyboard to type the threshold values.
Repeat this procedure for changes to each template selected in Stap 6.
From the upper-right of the Inventory Item Thresholds list, select Save Changes.
Change Site

To select a different site:
From the upper-right of Inventory Item Thresholds, select the current site to bring up the site selector panel.
Alternatively, select the dropdown to the right of the current site to choose from a list of recently edited sites.
From the Site Selector panel, select the site.
From the lower-right of the Site Selector panel, choose, select site.
If necessary, scroll to the end of the Site Selector panel.
Copy To

The Copy To feature provides the ability to copy inventory item threshold settings to other sites and/or events.
To copy threshold settings To an event or location:
Navigate to Xenial Data Management.
From the menu on the left, select Venue Inventory Settings.
From the menu on the left, below Venue Inventory Settings, select Inventory Item Thresholds.
From the Site Selector panel, select the site.
From the lower-right of the Site Selector panel, choose, select site.
If necessary, scroll to the end of the Site Selector panel.
From the Inventory Items Thresholds list, select the item(s).
From the Actions dropdown, select Copy To.
From the Copy Thresholds popup, select Site(s), Event(s), or Cancel.
From the selector list, select the Site(s) or Event(s).
From the lower-right of the selector list, select Copy To Site(s)/Event(s).
The button label depends on the selection made in Stap 8.
From the upper-right of the Inventory Item Thresholds list, select Save Changes.

From the lower-right of the selector list, select Copy To Site/Event.

From the upper-right of the Inventory Item Thresholds list, select Save Changes.
Save Multiple Changes

In Inventory Item Thresholds, it is possible to make multiple changes before saving. To do this:
From the Inventory Item Thresholds pane, make all necessary changes to event values, inventory items, and/or sites.
In the Inventory Item Thresholds pane, below the title, an unsaved changes indicator appears with the number of unsaved changes made.
From the upper-right of the Inventory Item Thresholds list, select Save Changes.
