Day Part Summary Report

The Day Part Summary Report analyzes each segment of the drive-thru for each day part of the selected date or time period.
To generate the Day Part Summary Report:
From the Site Hierarchy dropdown, select specific sites or managers.
For more information, see Report Site Selector.
From the Date dropdown, select a date or date range. The default is Today.
For more information, see Report Date Options.
Select Run Report -OR- select the dropdown for additional output options. The default output is PDF.

The Drive-Thru Director Day Part Summary Report displays the following data:
Table Header | Description |

Store # | The site number for the data row. |
Total Cars | Total number of drive-thru events for the day. |
Total MBT | The Total MBT (Menu Board Time) is the total average menu board speed of service for the day. |
Total PUT | The Total PUT (Pick Up Window Time) is the total average pickup window speed of service for the day. |
Total TTL | The Total TTL (Total Time Lane) is the the overall total average speed of service for the day. |
[Day Part] Cars | The number of drive-thru events for the indicated day part. |
[Day Part] MBT | The average menu board speed of service for the indicated day part. |
[Day Part] PUT | The average pickup window speed of service for the indicated day part. |
[Day Part] TTL | The overall total average speed of service for the indicated day part. |
