You can hear chanting and cheering from the stadium's surrounding tailgate lots and from cars honking their horns in support. Behind the Scenes
Peak efficiency across a venue can only come from an intelligent back office that links everything together for a holistic, consolidated view of all purchases, inventory, staffing, and more. That's what our back-office capabilities deliver. With just a few clicks, the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in-house team can access standard or custom reports that capture the whole picture. From an end-of-event summary and drill-down of sales data to real-time inventory tracking and financial reports, they will be well equipped with the insights they need to run their operations efficiently.
Set for the Future
The goal for the stadium was to set a framework for continuous improvement. To facilitate that for a venue that sees 3 million fans across more than 50 events in a single year, the technology platform must be able to process thousands of transactions at once, offer a variety of ordering and payment options, and provide intuitive solutions for fans and staff alike. That's what our fully integrated, cloud-based solutions will power. Coupled with our expertise and dedicated partnership, we will deliver an elevated multi-channel commerce ecosystem today–and help Mercedes-Benz Stadium continue to meet and exceed fan expectations well into the future.
